I am getting same problem it was upgraded from 8.1 ran all above it keeps giving the error and says trouble shoot which say it has a digital licnce upgrade now it reboot and still the same Message: License Activation (slui.exe) failed with the following error code:
Looked online, tried a couple of things nothing worked, then the watermark disappeared but came back.
REMOVE ACTIVATE WINDOWS WATERMARK PC
It came pre-installed with the PC and was upgraded from Windows 8 to 10.
